Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Specialty Account Manager to execute commercial activities, establish strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth. This field-based role requires gaining access to customers in clinics or hospitals while maximizing digital engagement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual goals.
- Promote our products within approved labeling, ensuring compliance with industry-specific and corporate guidelines.
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Serve as a resource and consultant for customers and staff on payer policies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 5 years of field customer experience and/or account management, with at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Proven track record of delivering outstanding results, with experience strategizing within cross-functional teams.
