Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Model Customer 1st behavior, deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain awareness of sales, anticipate production needs, and stock product to maintain full display cases.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate and verify bakery product quality to company standards.
  • Department Maintenance: Perform department housekeeping, answer telephones, and take cake orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Promote and follow company initiatives, comply with corporate policies, and work collaboratively with other team members.
  • Safety and Security: Comply with all safety guidelines and standards, and perform cashier functions as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Age: Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Skills: Ability to work within set time frames, familiarity with bakery terms and processes, and ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects.
  • Availability: Ability to work weekends on a regular basis, work any shift, and work overtime as needed.
