Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across various touchpoints.
  • Design captivating graphics and visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, and other brand assets.
  • Conceptualize and develop creative visual solutions to communicate brand messages effectively, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Provide design support for events, trade shows, and internal initiatives.
  • Continuously research and monitor design trends and customer insights to inform and improve brand design strategies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather design requirements, present concepts, and iterate based on feedback.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects), and other relevant design tools.
  • Exceptional graphic design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your brand design work and creative process.
