Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing the visual identity of our product innovations, promotions, campaigns, and brand materials across all channels.
Key Responsibilities- Execute digital marketing materials, including web designs, email campaigns, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and execute compelling designs that meet business objectives.
- Digest creative briefs and output designs that are in-line with art direction and maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools that will keep our brands at the forefront of design in the beauty industry.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience focused on digital creative.
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premier Pro) and familiar with web design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
- A diverse senior designer with an expert understanding of digital design for multi-media platforms, as well as mid-level experience in traditional print design and production.
- Expert knowledge in design principles including, but not exclusive to, visual hierarchy, color theory, negative space, typography, balance and alignment.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive presentations when needed.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design skills and creative variety.
- Experience in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
- Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and works well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and independent designer with the ability to hone in on project objectives and take proactive steps to execute them.
- Entrepreneurial and optimistic spirit with the ability to provide meaningful feedback and maintain flexibility while receiving feedback.

The base pay range for this role is $90,000 - 100,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, and experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
