Key Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Sales Consultant, your role will involve reaching out to prospective clients and managing incoming calls to address client inquiries and concerns. On a daily basis, you will present and sell insurance products to both new and existing clients, including auto, home, and renters insurance. You will assess client needs and customize solutions while also identifying opportunities for cross-selling. Additional essential duties include achieving sales targets and adhering to insurance regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

California Personal Lines OR Property & Casualty License
Strong desire to excel in sales and resolve challenges while maintaining a positive demeanor
Ability to establish rapport with clients
Proficient computer skills and adaptability to learn new software quickly
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume call environment
Pleasant phone etiquette
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory
