  • Calypso - 10 Years
  • Java - 10+ Years
  • Capital Markets - 7+ Years
Role Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Senior Calypso Developer, demonstrating extensive hands-on experience with Calypso APIs, specifically for versions 16 and above.
  • Possess a robust understanding of the Calypso Trading Platform, including its architecture and functional aspects.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Calypso Frameworks and customization features such as Messaging, Accounting, Message Matching, Scheduled Tasks, Workflows, and Engines.
  • Have a functional grasp of Capital Markets concepts, terminology, and the trade lifecycle across various asset classes.
  • Engage in Calypso Integrated deployment models and custom development initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into effective Calypso technical solutions, assisting in the implementation of software solutions related to Calypso and its associated tools/interfaces.
  • Provide L2 & L3 support, along with maintenance and enhancements of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with Business Users/Analysts to comprehend requirements and convert them into actionable deliverables.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in understanding the functional aspects behind technical domains.
  • Exhibit strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Possess strong development skills in Core Java 8 or later.
  • Have a solid understanding of SQL in Oracle.
  • Familiarity with Junit & mock frameworks.
  • Knowledge of JBoss, Maven, Gradle, and basic Linux scripting.
  • Willingness to learn additional relevant technologies as per project requirements.
