Serving as a Brand Ambassador

In this role, you will serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent customer service while delivering orders to the home. You will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. As a representative of Kroger Delivery, you will ensure a high degree of professionalism and personal presentation when interacting with customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a good driving record
  • Ability to operate a delivery van and handheld tablet device
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must annually pass a DOT regulated medical exam
