Job Title: Server Datacenter Technician

Biblioso is seeking a skilled Server Datacenter Technician to join our Managed Services team in Redmond, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of end-to-end physical infrastructure for Hardware Engineering and Testing.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage physical infrastructure, including racks, network equipment, power distribution units, and monitoring/automation tools.
  • Coordinate vendor and logistics for deployment and integrate support with other lab sites for solution delivery.
  • Implement physical setups, build and deploy servers, and design and deploy cabling and power requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, perform typical support activities, and implement designs from various teams to support hardware validation and qualification work.
  • Support remote workers with physical dependencies for qual and validation work, and set up and configure equipment for threshold and physical validation.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills and experience in server and network administration.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
