Retail Sales Associate

At CVS Health, we're shaping the future of healthcare for people, businesses, and communities. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a meaningful role within our team, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues.
- Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting and offering help locating additional items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties and maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves and completing inventory management tasks.
- Support opening and closing store activities and provide customer support to all departments.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods of time.
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally.
- Visual Acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Pay Range:The typical pay range for this role is $19.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
