Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales and Customer Service Representative:

  • Inform customers about the advantages of our services and promotional offers through direct interaction.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of significant client activities, optimizing performance and return on investment while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Effectively address the needs of external clients.
  • Develop robust leadership and interpersonal abilities.
  • Drive sales through targeted promotional efforts.
  • Gain extensive industry knowledge by participating in client conferences to connect customers with the latest offerings.
  • Encourage service upgrades and convert warm leads into actual sales.

Minimum Qualifications for the Entry-Level Sales and Customer Service Representative:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Client Relations, or related fields.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • Open-minded, adaptable, and ready to embrace new responsibilities.
  • A consistent high achiever with a commitment to excellence.
  • Willingness to work full-time hours, including some weekends for special events.
  • Desire to travel 1-2 weeks annually for additional training.
