Position Overview:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in mastering the duties related to user account management and safeguarding system resources under direct supervision.
  • Provide administrative support for enterprise-level system access.
  • Manage the setup, maintenance, and termination of system access across various security frameworks and secure applications.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate information security policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Learning Focus (50%): Develop skills to create, modify, delete, maintain, and monitor system access identification for corporate email systems, LAN, enterprise server applications, and security databases. Participate in the review and implementation of security requests.
  • Compliance Reviews (30%): Conduct system access reviews to verify compliance with corporate security policies and standards. Engage in related project work, including documentation and procedure updates.
  • Data Analysis (20%): Generate and review data access reports to investigate service requests or issues, ensuring compliance with corporate information security policies.
  • Work Environment:
  • A dynamic, multi-platform environment requiring prompt action and response to meet the technical business needs of clients.
  • Team Dynamics: Collaborate with a team of 14 members engaged in various projects, including onboarding new customers and managing security access templates, providing opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Required Technologies: ADOM, Exchange, LOA tickets, basic knowledge of RACF.
  • Preferred Technologies: SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, Access Databases.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: As per educational qualifications.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to understand IT security systems and concepts, LAN access control systems, and user administration across various platforms.
  • Quick adaptability to new tools and emerging technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for corporate information security systems.
