Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax filings for individuals and various entities, ensuring precision and adherence to federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Tax Strategy: Guide clients in developing tax strategies aimed at reducing liabilities and enhancing savings. Offer insights on the tax consequences of business decisions.
  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a reliable advisor on tax-related issues. Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Research and Insights: Perform in-depth tax research on intricate tax matters, remaining informed about changes in tax legislation. Advise clients and internal teams on the implications of new tax developments.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor junior staff, offering support in their career advancement. Review their work to ensure it meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with other departments as necessary.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and implement improvements in tax processes, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the tax division. Stay updated on industry best practices.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required; a Master's degree in Taxation or CPA designation preferred.
