Job Summary

Trego Dugan Aviation of Grand Island, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cross-Utilized Agent to join our team at the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT). As a Cross-Utilized Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers while also handling ramp and aircraft cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide total customer service to all passengers, including processing tickets, checking baggage, and assigning seats.
  • Handle denied boarding situations, solicit volunteers, and accommodate passengers as needed.
  • Ensure FAA, airline, and airport regulations are followed at all times.
  • Enforce safety and security measures, and protect sensitive zones.
  • Assist passengers with special needs, such as those requiring assistance in boarding.
  • Perform ramp and aircraft cleaning duties, including loading and unloading baggage, marshaling aircraft, and operating ground service equipment.
  • Service aircraft lavatories and perform interior cleaning.
  • Responsible for aircraft security searches and commissary security searches.
  • Ensure ramp areas are safe and free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and that all ground equipment is properly maintained.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read and write English; bilingual skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
  • Must be available to work varied hours, including swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be well-groomed and physically fit.
  • Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test.
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigration Act of 1986.
  • Able to attend required training.
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this position include:

  • Carrying 70-pound suitcases from the floor to 18 inches and carrying 70-pound suitcases in front of you with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet.
  • Physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time.
  • Sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position.
