As a Senior Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical team, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care possible. You will also be responsible for supervising a team of behavior technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include carrying a caseload to meet set billable services, managing a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on findings, collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to clients, supervising a team of behavior technicians, completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, providing parent training, maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours, ensuring that the company's 'zero tolerance policy' is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region, ensuring that Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance is understood and reinforced in the region, implementing client behavior plans across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings, complying with all mandated reporting laws and regulations, and demonstrating effective communication skills to interact with clients, family members, and agency's staff.
