Chief Programs Officer

My Sisters' Place (MSP) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Programs Officer to lead the development and implementation of our programs. This is a pivotal opportunity to provide leadership and strategic direction to our team, driving innovation and impact in the field of domestic violence and human trafficking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program strategies and goals, aligned with MSP's mission and vision
  • Lead program development and management, including budgeting, grant writing, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and expertise
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community leaders
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program directors and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of supervisory experience in a senior leadership role and nonprofit industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of building and managing projects from conception to completion
  • Experience in grant writing and budget development
  • Ability to listen and effectively communicate with peers, staff, board, funders, and partners

  • Competitive salary range: $140,000-$145,000
