Restaurant Operations Manager

At Wingstop, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and proactively managing the front- and back-of-house team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growing the business, and excellent customer service skills. Key responsibilities will include recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and scheduling team members, as well as managing performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
The General Manager will also be responsible for communicating job expectations to the staff, planning, monitoring, and reviewing performance, and enforcing policies and procedures. Additionally, you will perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure the team and restaurant are meeting standards, track inventory, and ensure accurate record keeping.
As a General Manager at Wingstop, you will be expected to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures, proper safety procedures, and complying with health and legal regulations.

- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
