The Opportunity:
Risk Reduction Volume Lead
A Risk Reduction Volume Lead is responsible for designing, scheduling, and managing the generation of a major proposal Risk Reduction Volume. This involves identifying the data needed for 100% compliance with the RFP and supporting the overall client Win Strategy. Key responsibilities include preparing volume outlines and compliance matrices, determining page allocations, and making author assignments. Additionally, the Risk Reduction Volume Lead will develop detailed schedules for volume content development, mentor and train authors, and review in-process products.
About the Role:
This is an open position within the Capture Support and Proposal Development team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong ability to solve problems, work well in teams, and enjoy a challenge. The Risk Reduction Volume Lead will be a citizen of the country where the opportunity is located or have the right to work in that country, and have completed the appropriate level of education in a relevant field.
