Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $50,000, with the potential to earn up to $160,000 annually based on commission goals.

You will also receive comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage (short- and long-term), and a 401(k) retirement plan after a waiting period.

Job Description

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll act as a vital bridge between talented professionals and businesses in need of their skills.

  • You will build strong, professional relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to address urgent hiring needs by identifying top talent.
  • Sourcing and screening candidates using advanced tools and strategies.
  • Preparing candidates and clients for interviews, facilitating smooth hiring experiences.
  • Managing job offers and conducting reference checks.
