Join UW Health as a Surgical Technologist and be part of a dynamic team that performs complex surgical procedures in our Level 1 Trauma Center.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare the Operating Room for surgery, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients and staff.
* Work closely with world-renowned surgeons to anticipate their needs and provide exceptional support during procedures.
* Collaborate with the surgical team to prepare for and execute complex surgical procedures.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

**Requirements:**

* Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
* Basic Life Support/CPR certification within six months of hire.
* Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
