We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Account Representative to join our team at Jason Laube - State Farm Agent. As an Account Representative, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relationships and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to meet customer needs.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships through proactive marketing and sales efforts.
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
