Job Summary

As a Sales Supervisor with Spectrum, you will play a key role in supporting the Multi-Tenant Sales Manager by overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the team meets and exceeds budgeted sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals.
  • Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
  • May also manage other sales resources as assigned.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
  • Support Multi-Tenant Sales staff with approximately 70% field work and 30% office work.
  • Communicate territory assignments to Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate approval of all commissions payments.
  • Handle employee relation issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Knowledge of Community Sales practices.
  • Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record within Company required standards, and auto insurance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required.
  • Sales experience - 1+ years.
  • Sales Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Company products and services preferred.
Working Conditions

Field and office environment. Travel as required.
