Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients in a geriatric setting. This includes conducting thorough medical evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to geriatric patients
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical exams and medical histories
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, social workers, and consultants
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Practice Details
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with administrative time factored into each provider's schedule
- Patient panel cap of 450

- Dedicated in-house staff, including nursing services, case managers, social workers, and consultants
Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Current medical licensure in the state of Michigan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
