MortgagePros LLC is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to maintain and support the company's payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new hires, terminations, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposit.
  • Manage payroll data, including timecards, overtime, and pay premiums.
  • Prepare manual checks and maintain payroll records and files.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding payroll deductions, accruals, and employment verifications.
  • Reconcile payroll-related accounts and activities.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of payroll practices, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent, one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in ADP and/or related HRIS Systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
