Compensation

$50,000 - $(phone number removed)/year

Sign-On Bonus:
Potentially - Up to $2,500.00

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of comprehensive plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings.

• Exhibit motivation and adaptability to efficiently manage responsibilities on both commercial and residential job sites.

• Leverage extensive experience in supervising teams of 2-10 plumbers, providing effective leadership and direction.

• Maintain a valid plumbing license to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Participate in weekly job meetings and coordinate with the General Contractor's on-site Supervisor throughout project duration.

• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and local building codes.

• Keep accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up.

• Work independently, applying skills and sound judgment to deliver superior quality work for the customer.

• Demonstrate the ability and willingness to train and mentor apprentices.

Qualifications

• Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI

• 3+ years of Lead Plumber experience

• Hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

• Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and fitting into tight spaces

• Proficient in using power and hand tools.

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
