Plumbing Field Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our team at Moore Mechanical Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial plumbing projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple project schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project adherence to plans and specifications.
- Conduct thorough site visits, inspect installation progress, and ensure all work meets high standards of quality.
- Ensure the availability of all necessary materials, supplies, and tools for scheduled work.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor teams, particularly in plumbing or related fields.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, estimating, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new employees, as well as conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions.
- Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or construction management.
- Experience in plumbing projects, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong skills in project management, team leadership, and communication.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, installation processes, and OSHA safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- A competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience.
- A Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekend shifts.
