Plumbing Field Supervisor

Moore Mechanical is seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our commercial plumbing projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with General Contractors, Subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to inspect installation progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge
- Recruit, interview, and hire new employees to support team growth
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing or construction management
- Experience in plumbing projects, preferably in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $90,000 annually
- A Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend shifts
