Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team at Inova Health System. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to front-line staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with clinical managers and practice administrators to develop and implement effective strategies for improving patient outcomes.
  • Oversee the orientation and training of new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on leadership and management.
  • Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.
  • PACES certification within 6 months of hire.
