Job Summary
Pape' Material Handling Inc. is looking for a skilled Parts Sales Counterperson to join our team in Poulsbo, WA. As a key member of our Parts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, recommending parts and services, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and experience in parts sales, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to determine their parts needs and provide expert recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and parts inventory.
  • Process orders efficiently and accurately, using a forklift as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts sales, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Able to safely operate a forklift (training provided).

Salary: $18-$26.96/hour (dependent on experience).
