Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing promotional materials and literature between our locations.
  • Manage shipment processing through a dedicated shipping station and input shipping orders as needed.
  • Assist the team with the input and tracking of purchase orders.
  • Oversee the inventory of marketing materials and initiate reordering when necessary.
  • Maintain organization in all marketing and literature storage areas, ensuring compliance with 6S standards and supply stock.
  • Facilitate the transportation of products and materials to offsite vendors and regional events.
  • Contribute to additional project needs as they arise within the team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience (GED).
  • One to three months of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: Pay ranges from $18 to $20 USD.
