**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Process Engineer to join our team at Pipeline Equipment Resources Company (PERC). As a key member of our product development and improvement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality standards for new and existing products.
  • Establish guidelines for incoming and outgoing product inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incident reports, fixes, and improvements to maintain a high level of quality control.
  • Document all PERC OEM products and develop procedures for OEM product builds and field service work.
  • Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures and monitor the production cycle to identify potential malfunctions.
  • Inspect products for defects and durability, and communicate with manufacturers regarding technical issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions.
  • Attend factory and field training as required to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Assist with documenting support issues, tracking, and supporting products to identify trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of quality assurance methods and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with good time management skills.
