Job Overview

Voltguard Utilities Limited is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Manager to support field service operations for our clients and customers in the Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management, system engineering, and customer-facing skills. They will be responsible for overseeing installation, contract negotiation, and warranty support, as well as preventive and corrective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ project management skills to deliver quality service level agreement (SLA) compliance and create key performance indicator (KPI) support statistics
  • Attain financial objectives and supervise employees day-to-day operations
  • Manage subcontractors to ensure obligations and high standards of workmanship are met
  • Interface with customers' staff to resolve issues and propose problem solutions
  • Review and approve vendor invoices and oversee contract negotiation
  • Provide on-call support and problem escalation role between vendors, field technicians, customers, and factory/engineering organizations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 1 year prior experience
  • Experience in a field service delivery organization, emergency management, or team lead
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize activities
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to supervise technical and non-technical staff

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $67,500 - $125,500
