Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as feeding, bathing, and ambulating.
  • Supporting residents with medication management and administration.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
  • Documenting resident care and services accurately and promptly.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An active STNA certification in the state of OH.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our organization.
