Shifts:
1st Shift: Starting at $21.00/hr. Monday - Thursday, 4:00am-2:00pm.
2nd Shift: 1:00pm to 11:00pm M-Th with $3.00/hr Shift Differential.

General Overview:

The role of the HVAC Panel Fabricator involves the assembly of XeteX units, which includes tasks such as assembling, sealing, utilizing hand and power tools, and conducting quality inspections for XeteX HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of HVAC panels
- Assisting in the loading and unloading of equipment, materials, and supplies
- Palletizing panels using a forklift and team lifting
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Following directions and assisting leadership with various tasks
- Proficiency in reading a tape measure
- Background in construction is preferred
- Safe and efficient operation of basic hand tools
- Demonstrating responsibility, a positive attitude, and punctuality
- Ability to read and comprehend basic drawings, technical sheets, and procedures
- Strict adherence to quality standards and regulations
- Capability to lift up to 75 lbs

Physical Requirements:
- Stand continuously for 8+ hours
- Occasional kneeling and crouching
- Occasional ladder climbing
- Occasional lifting from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and overhead
- Frequent lifting of 0 – 25 lbs
- Occasional lifting of 25 – 50 lbs and 50 – 75 lbs
- Occasionally required to work in confined spaces
- Occasionally required to work at heights over 4 feet with appropriate safety measures
