Responsibilities
  • Assess patients for admission and make appropriate referrals
  • Complete necessary assessments and medical documentation to facilitate the admission process
  • Collaborate with the Director of Assessment and Referral to achieve patient outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and referral sources
Requirements
  • Current nursing license
  • Two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred
  • CPI and Handle with Care certification required
  • Ability to work under stressful circumstances with frequent interruptions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
