**Job Summary**
YUSA is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team on 2nd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Repair and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PMs and troubleshooting
- Create and manage reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer-based programs
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in equipment repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metal fabrication
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics/diagrams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- A.A.S. degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with robotics and AC/DC motors and controls
