**Job Summary**

YUSA is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team on 2nd shift. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Repair and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including PMs and troubleshooting
  • Create and manage reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer-based programs
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in equipment repair and maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metal fabrication
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics/diagrams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • A.A.S. degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with robotics and AC/DC motors and controls
