Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our injection molding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and direct mold and material changing processes to ensure efficient production.
- Ensure mold setup, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Work with production personnel to troubleshoot processing problems and make necessary adjustments to ensure molded parts meet requirements.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and stop production to correct any quality issues.
- Monitor and maintain molding machines and supporting systems to ensure they are set to correct parameters and meeting production goals.
- Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department.
- Train and coach machine operators to ensure they are following proper procedures.
- Follow all safety, quality, and work rules and regulations.
- 2-5 years of previous injection molding process experience is required.
- Proficient skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic are necessary.
- Strong mechanical abilities and knowledge, preferably in the Plastics Industry, with experience in Injection Molding.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills interacting with all levels of a company's hierarchy.
