About the Role

The NRP Group is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our San Antonio, TX property, The Nightingale. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our community are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Services: Direct and oversee all aspects of maintenance, including scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and janitorial services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for all required reporting and record keeping outlined by NRP policy.
  • Curb Appeal and Safety: Walk the property daily to uphold curb appeal and monitor safety issues.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory and storage area, purchasing adequate maintenance materials for service requests and apartment turns.
  • Communication: Communicate and advise the Community Manager on recommendations for capital improvements and maintenance requirements for the annual budget.
  • Customer Service: Complete service requests from residents and team members in a timely fashion, ensuring excellent customer service with a courteous and professional attitude.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
