About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a WOW (Work on Weekends) position. As a WOW employee, you will work every Saturday and Sunday, earning premium pay in addition to your competitive hourly rates and shift differential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective patient-centered care, prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
  • Assist in maintaining a financially stable unit, promoting evidence-based practice and education.
  • Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff members, applying the caring processes of the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, focusing on patient and family comforts, education, and satisfaction.
