Position Overview:
We are in search of a compassionate and dedicated Child Visitation Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing and facilitating visitations between children and their non-custodial parents or family members in a secure and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure safe transportation of children to and from visitation locations, adhering to all safety regulations.
2. Document behaviors and interactions during visits.
3. Provide structured supervision during visits, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
4. Monitor and assess visitations, intervening when necessary to maintain a safe environment.
5. Communicate visitation rules to parents and caregivers, ensuring understanding and adherence.

Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in child welfare or a related field is essential.

Compliance Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Current Auto Liability Insurance.
- Clean driving record for the past 39 months.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a drug screening.
- Ability to obtain a Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card upon hire.
