POSITION SUMMARY

This role encompasses all facets of energy operations, focusing on product distribution, inventory management, equipment setup, and customer service. Responsibilities include delivering bulk oil and serving as a backup tank wagon driver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and distribution of lubricant products.
  • Install new bulk equipment for fuel, DEF, and lubricants.
  • Assist with tank wagon deliveries for refined fuel and propane as required.
  • Fulfill energy maintenance duties.
  • Address customer-related concerns effectively.
  • Manage credit in accordance with established policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and reflects well on the Cooperative.
  • Ensure facilities are clean and comply with all relevant safety regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Promote safety awareness and adhere to safety protocols and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience. On-the-job training will be provided by the operations director.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, along with technical skills to utilize tools and equipment for system analysis.

Strong communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with tanker, airbrakes, and hazmat endorsements, along with a clean driving record. CETP certification and line-test training are required.
