Role Overview

The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager is responsible for the implementation of Global Reckitt Production System (RPS) Standards, driving continuous enhancement and productivity within a manufacturing setting. This position reports directly to the Operational Excellence Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Process Enhancement: Evaluate and refine production processes to boost efficiency and quality. Collaborate with teams on continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimizing waste.

Data Management: Gather and analyze production data, creating KPIs and performance metrics.

TPM/WCM Leadership: Spearhead TPM/WCM initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement grounded in the principles of TPM, WCM, and Lean methodologies.

Project Oversight: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Define project scopes and communicate progress to senior management.

Documentation & Compliance: Record process modifications and ensure adherence to standards. Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Change Management: Formulate strategies for the deployment of RPS and productivity projects. Lead change initiatives in alignment with organizational objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Integrate lean principles across various departments. Educate and support employees in continuous improvement practices.

Productivity Governance: Facilitate ideation sessions and monitor productivity projects. Maintain the global productivity tracker.

Desired Qualifications

Essential:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing.
* At least 2 years of experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
* Proficiency in TPM, WCM, Lean, and CI methodologies.
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
* Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects.

Preferred:
* Certification as a TPM/WCM Instructor, pillar leader, or program manager.
* Familiarity with CI tools and strategy execution.
* Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification.
