Job Description:

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. This role involves working in collaboration with other providers and healthcare professionals to diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions. Responsibilities include:

  • Performing comprehensive physical exams and assessments
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
  • Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions
  • Prescribing medications and other therapies
  • Providing preventative care, including physical exams and screenings
  • Educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care
  • Maintaining accurate and thorough medical records
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing
  • A current state nursing license as a Family Nurse Practitioner
  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in a family practice setting
  • Experience with telemedicine is a plus
