We are seeking a skilled Psychometrist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a Psychometrist, you will play a critical role in supporting licensed psychologists by administering and scoring patient psychological and neuropsychological tests.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and score psychological/neuropsychological assessments to provide accurate and reliable results.
- Create detailed test data summary tables to facilitate data analysis and interpretation.
- Provide behavioral observations and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
- Organize and maintain testing materials, including hard copy and electronic files.
- Establish rapport with patients and assist them during testing, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
- Interact with psychologists to discuss test results, provide feedback, and address any questions or concerns.
- Schedule follow-up patient appointments as needed and coordinate with psychologists to ensure seamless communication.
- Send and collect test measures to/from patients, and address any questions or concerns via email or other communication channels.
- Upload and send patient reports to patients and referral sources, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Assist with maintenance of patient records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Prior experience in counseling or testing is preferred, with strong assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Basic experience and skills with MS Office (Word, Excel) and ability to work with electronic testing materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
