Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Nursing Unit Supervisor to enhance our team. This role is essential in fostering a patient-centered environment and promoting a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee staffing requirements and provide leadership to nursing personnel delivering direct care to residents, ensuring high-quality service on the designated unit.
2. Facilitate staff development and training initiatives.
3. Deliver direct resident care in alignment with established care plans.
4. Supervise Clinical Nurses and Nursing Assistants.
5. Conduct thorough assessments of each resident's medical condition upon admission and throughout their treatment journey.
6. Collaborate in creating and executing personalized treatment plans for each resident.
7. Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of nursing staff.
8. Ensure adherence to documentation standards for resident records.
9. Coordinate staffing schedules to maintain adequate coverage.
10. Uphold resident rights policies and work collaboratively with families and staff to address any concerns.
11. Complete Preceptor Training as required.
12. Innovate and implement healthcare solutions that enhance systems and processes, aiming for exceptional outcomes and fostering a strong management team.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a current, unencumbered state license as an RN or LPN.
- A minimum of three years of nursing experience is preferred, particularly in settings serving similar resident populations.
- At least one year of experience in nursing administration is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate compassion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence in their work.
