Customer Experience Coordinator

At T.J. Maxx, you'll take an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles. You will train and coach Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs. Your responsibilities will include ensuring Associates execute tasks and daily activities, addressing customer concerns and issues promptly, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
