Job Summary:

As a Production Lead I - Titan Filling at B. Braun Medical Inc., you will play a crucial role in improving manufacturing productivity and quality. Your technical expertise and analytical skills will be essential in guiding the manufacturing/operations team to interpret existing processes and policies, and assist in the development of efficiencies or process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data describing the organization's manufacturing processes in terms of manufacturing output, labor costs, cost of raw materials or other overhead and quality of finished goods.

Participate in the implementation of changes meant to improve the organization's financial performance and competitive positioning.

Collaborate with the manufacturing/operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.

02-04 years related experience required.

Regular and predictable on-site attendance.

Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.
