Job Overview

NASC GLOBAL is a leading HR consulting and management firm seeking an experienced professional to lead a large-scale adaptive re-use project in an urban setting. Position Details

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Key responsibilities include managing daily site operations, ensuring alignment with design, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review construction documents for constructability, means and methods, code compliance, permitting, building systems, and scheduling.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules from design development through substantial completion.
  • Develop and implement a construction management and logistics plan for efficient and safe operations with minimal urban neighborhood disruption.

The compensation package for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, education, certifications, and skill set.

Requirements
  • Proven experience redeveloping brownstone buildings (Type III Construction) with complex structural, façade restoration, and high-end condominium fit-outs.
  • Minimum of five years as a lead superintendent, preferably in Boston.
  • Experience managing at least three projects as the lead superintendent.
