About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the safe and effective use of our medical devices, particularly in the area of minimally invasive spine procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cover Intracept cases and provide clinical product assistance to surgeons
  • Train surgical teams on the safe and effective use of our devices
  • Provide clinical support for physician training and sales training programs
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of perioperative surgical technology practice and hospital policies
  • Assist in the delivery of procedural training with physicians and medical staff
Requirements
  • Experience in minimally invasive spine procedures utilizing fluoroscopy, CT, and MRI
  • High School Diploma or GED or associate degree with a minimum 4 years in a clinical specialist or related medical role
  • Customer relationship and procedural skill development experience
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with some overnight stays
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Able to build strong rapport with colleagues, physicians, and healthcare professionals
