Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will also work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • 1+ years of experience in a medical-surgical setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required for certain units.
  • Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN, or BSN (preferred).
