We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of post-acute facilities in the area, providing high-quality care to residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting health concerns.
- Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents, and review residents' charts and medical records.
- Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility, and maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies.
- Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, and help with the orientation and training of medical staff.
- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent.
- Current LPN licensure in good standing.
